Hi, I’m Melissa Perry — entrepreneur, coach, athlete, and mom of three. I help service-based women entrepreneurs turn their businesses into scalable, sellable assets with recurring revenue streams.

But my journey to this work didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in the middle of building businesses while raising a family and trying to figure out how to create something that truly worked.

Over the past decade, I’ve built, scaled, and successfully sold businesses, including The Cradle Coach and The Cradle Coach Academy, helping thousands of families and entrepreneurs along the way. Through that process, I learned something important:

I absolutely love spending time with family and friends!

My dream day starts with a deep quiet time follow by a long run, especially with friends.

We once won a car on Ellen – true story.

I LOVE coffee. But not starbucks. I only like it from boutique coffee shops.

I love to laugh and surround myself with people who do as well.

We have a puppy named Selah who our children promised to walk every day. Guess who does all the walking…me.
