The terms of working together.

These terms explain the rules for using the Sevyn Streams website, student portal, courses, and consulting services. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to these terms
These draft terms are intended to govern your relationship with Sevyn Streams, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida. Once finalized and published, by using our website, creating an account, or purchasing a course or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
Sevyn Streams offers the following:
- We offer consulting sessions, including the Advisory Hour and the VIP Intensive.
- The Course Build is a done-for-you implementation service governed by its separate attorney-approved service agreement. That agreement must be finalized and approved before the service is made available for purchase. These terms do not replace or modify its scope, refund provisions, or other terms. If there is a conflict, that agreement controls.
- We offer the self-paced Get More Sales course and related digital resources when available.
- We provide free resources, such as the Find Your First Stream quiz.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please tell us right away at melissa@sevynstreams.com if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
4. Purchases and payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on our website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe under its applicable terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full card number or security code. Course access is granted after your payment is confirmed.
The Get More Sales course costs $47 as a one-time purchase. No refunds are offered after digital course access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. Consulting cancellations are described below. The $5,000 one-time Course Build service is governed by its separate attorney-approved service agreement, including its refund and cancellation terms; no Course Build refund policy is established by these draft terms.
5. Course access and digital products
When you buy a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access its lessons and downloads for individual use. Get More Sales purchasers receive lifetime access for as long as the course remains available through sevyn streams. This does not promise that the course or platform will be available forever. You may not share your login, resell or redistribute course materials, post them publicly, or otherwise redistribute or resell them.
6. Consulting sessions
The Advisory Hour costs $375, and the VIP Intensive costs $1,200. Appointments are scheduled through Calendly when booking is available. For either offer, you receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

Consulting provides strategic guidance and recommendations. You remain responsible for your own business decisions.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, course materials, frameworks, templates, videos, and branding belong to Sevyn Streams or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for the license described above, no rights are transferred to you. Ownership of work created for you during The Course Build is described in its service agreement.
8. No guarantee of results
Our courses and services are educational and advisory. Results depend on your effort, your market, and many factors outside our control. We do not promise any specific income, sales, or business outcome. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or financial advice.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access accounts or files that are not yours, interfere with our systems, or use our services for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
10. Third-party services
Lovable supports our website, accounts, student portal, and transactional emails, and Stripe processes payments. Kit.com has been selected for email marketing and quiz follow-up, and Calendly for appointment scheduling. Their features are available only when configured and enabled. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are planned, not active.

12. Governing law and disputes

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the effective date at the top of this page and notify account holders of significant changes by email. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
